Matt Blumenstein, Statera’s Head of Underwriting, participated in a CLE with Scott Humphrey, a partner at Benesch, that was organized by LawPractice CLE. The course provides an overview of commercial litigation finance, including how financing works, best practices, and ethical and regulatory considerations. A link to the webinar is below. The webinar focused on providing an overview of commercial litigation finance generally, touching on the “who,” “what,” “where,” “when,” “why,” and “how’s” behind litigation funding.
