Statera’s Co-Founder and Managing Director, Andy Woltman, recently participated in the American Bar Association (ABA)’s webinar on commercial litigation finance.
The webinar, moderated by recently retired United States District Judge Nancy F. Atlas, examined how commercial litigation finance works, who uses it, and how litigation finances is improving access to justice. Andy was joined on the panel by several leading lawyers, including Mike Lynn of Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann, Celeste Ewing of Lawrence & Bundy, and CR Davis of C Davis Firm P.C., as well as Gabriela Bersuder of Burford Capital.
