Andy Woltman, Statera’s Co-Founder and Managing Director, spoke on the “Litigation Finance Market Process” webinar, with fellow speakers Lauren Rabinovic (GLS Capital), Jeremy Waitzman (Much Shelist), and Jonathan Friedland (Much Shelist). The webinar focused on different use cases for litigation funding, different investment structures, and key terms in litigation funding agreements.
Chip Hodgkins, another Statera Co-Founder and Managing Director, spoke on the “Third Parties Involved in the Litigation Finance Industry” webinar. He joined fellow speakers Joel Merkin (GLS Capital), Jeremy Waitzman (Much Shelist), and Jonathan Friedland (Much Shelist).
The webinar explored the roles of various advisors in litigation finance, including brokers, transactional attorneys, and financial advisors.
