Statera Capital’s Co-Founder and Managing Director, Andrew Woltman, has been selected by the Law360 to serve on Law360’s Legal Industry Editorial Advisory Board for 2025. The Editorial Board is comprised of leaders from across the legal industry, including law firms, academia, and advisors, who will advise and provide Law360 with experts insights on trends in the legal industry to guide future coverage.
Andy brings a diverse set of experiences to the editorial advisory board. He was formerly a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm, and he is co-founder and managing director of Statera, the leading litigation funder for mid-sized commercial financing needs. Andy is a leader in the commercial litigation funding industry and has been recognized by Chambers, Lawdragon, Legal 500, and Leaders League.
At Statera, Andy works with a wide variety of law firms and companies to assist in the pursuit of meritorious cases and to enable access to justice. This role gives Andy a unique perspective on the trends shaping the legal industry, including financing as well as other trends such as AI and law firms’ evolving business models.
